Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience with leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead crews and deliver projects on schedule with high quality.
• Strong reading of plans, blueprints, and specifications; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on commercial job sites.
• Execute landscape and hardscape plans with precision.
• Take direction from Project Managers and ensure milestones.
• Communicate effectively with crew to maintain productivity and morale.
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specs.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and report shortages.
• Complete required project documentation.
• Foster a team environment built on respect and accountability.
