Job summary

Greenscape is seeking a Landscape Install Foreman to lead a small crew in delivering high-quality commercial landscape and hardscape projects. The role focuses on safety, precision, and clear communication with clients and teammates.

The candidate will manage routine projects, read plans, and ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained, with responsibilities including snow removal in winter and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and reliability for field leadership.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with 3+ years of safe driving experience.
• Ability to read landscaping plans and blueprints.
• Strong planning and organization for crew and project tasks.
• Physically capable of outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience leading 2+ crews in commercial landscape/hardscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2-3 people on landscape install/enhancement projects.
• Perform installations including planting, drainage, turf, hardscape tasks.
• Maintain truck/trailer cleanliness and safe equipment operation.
• Oversee weather-related and seasonal tasks, including snow removal.
• Provide professional customer service and communication on-site.
