Resource Options, Inc. is partnering with a well-established landscape design/build firm in Massachusetts seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to support high-end residential and commercial projects within the Massachusetts 495 Belt.

This hands-on role requires leading crews, reading plans, operating equipment, and maintaining quality craftsmanship on fast-paced sites. You will direct grading, masonry, stonework, and related landscape construction activities to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of landscape construction experience.
• Background in masonry, concrete, stone finishing, or related site construction work.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• MA Hydraulics License, DOT certification, and OSHA 10 required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct landscape construction crews ranging from 2–6 team members.
• Perform and oversee site grading, masonry, concrete, stonework, and general landscape construction activities.
• Operate company equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tracked loaders, chop saws, and related tools.
• Read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Utilize transit equipment to shoot grades and support accurate site layout and installation.
