Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on commercial job sites
• Execute landscape and hardscape construction plans with precision and attention to detail
• Take direction from Project Managers and ensure timely execution of project milestones

• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead crews and deliver projects on schedule with high quality
• Working knowledge of landscape construction tools, techniques, and safety standards
• Strong ability to read plans and follow project layouts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Hoisting License preferred (negotiable depending on candidate)
• Valid driver’s license (must be insurable)
• No formal education requirements
