Adams, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Residential Electrical Division to oversee home electrical construction from contract through completion.

You will lead projects in Wisconsin, coordinating schedules, crews, and materials, while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. The role focuses on new residential construction, custom homes, remodels, and multi‑family projects, with a strong emphasis on customer service and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical construction experience.
• Experience coordinating projects, crews, schedules, or construction operations.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential electrical projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.
• Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage change orders.
• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and inspectors.
• Support electricians and field leadership throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects meet all applicable code requirements and inspection standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Conduct jobsite visits and progress reviews.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
