We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Commercial & Industrial Electrical Division and help manage projects from award through completion.
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, execution, and administration of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. Working alongside Project Managers, field leaders, customers, and vendors, this role helps ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field who is looking to develop a long-term career in electrical construction project management.
Entry Level / Recent College Graduate with Commercial & Industrial construction industry experience | $60,000 - $70,000
3-4 Years Related Experience | $70,000 - $85,000
Experienced Assistant Project Manager (5+ years' experience) | $85,000 - $100,000
This position combines office-based project coordination with occasional visits to commercial construction sites and industrial facilities throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
This position offers a clear path toward becoming a Commercial & Industrial Electrical Project Manager. You'll gain hands‑on experience working with experienced project managers, field leaders, customers, and contractors while learning all aspects of project execution, financial management, scheduling, and customer relationship management.
