Job summary

Legacy Heating & Cooling in Spokane, WA is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee installation projects and support field teams across the Inland Northwest. You will deliver high-quality workmanship on commercial sites, mentor installers, and drive safety and efficiency on every job.

Strong leadership, 2+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license are required. This role offers a full-time schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation.
• Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems.
• Ability to lead crews and maintain job quality.
• 06A HVAC Electrical License preferred.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.
• NATE Certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
