The role focuses on leadership, on-site coordination, and delivering high-quality ductwork installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of ductwork experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal and/or commercial ductwork installation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation and fabrication.
• Proven ability to lead others and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
