Job summary

Crete United in Davenport, IA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead commercial HVAC technicians and oversee service calls, preventive maintenance, and urgent repairs.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial HVAC with supervisory experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong leadership. Relocation assistance is offered, with a competitive hourly wage up to $60 (DOE) and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, boilers, AHUs, controls.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; Universal preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead field service technicians on commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate service calls, technician schedules, PMs, and repairs.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion per standards.
• Support on-call rotation and customer communication.
