The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a foreman, extensive roofing knowledge, and proficient blueprint reading, with excellent communication to coordinate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman in commercial flat roofing.
• Extensive knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and enforcing them on site.
• Good decision-making under pressure.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of commercial flat roofing projects.
