Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in Andover, MA to lead a 1-2-person service crew on repair and emergency response projects. You will supervise repairs across our commercial roofing portfolio and liaise directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience, prior foreman duties, and a clean driver's license. OSHA knowledge and comfort with mobile devices and service software are required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience, preferably in service work.
Previous foreman experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
Comfortable using mobile devices and service software.

Responsibilities

Lead a small service crew in completing commercial roofing repairs
Diagnose issues and perform repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and sheet metal roofing systems
Conduct inspections and communicate directly with clients
Use mobile apps to manage service tickets (FCS experience is a plus)
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
