Steady Solutions is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Thousand Oaks, California. This role involves preparing commercial construction estimates, participating in site walks, and collaborating with project managers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating along with proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating or project support.
• Experience with hard-bid and negotiated projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial construction estimates from concept through bid.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Assist in developing project budgets and cost breakdowns.
