Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a construction related major.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and comply with our company vehicle safety program.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new bidding opportunities and focuses on business development.
• Manages bid process and trains team members.
• Reviews plans, researches bid documents & specifications to determine scopes of work.
• Organizes and runs bid check-in meetings.
• Oversees invitation to bid creation and bidding documents approvals.
• Manages subcontractor solicitation efforts via calls and emails.
• Tracks bidders vs. participation targets and reports progress daily.
• Monitors divisions and addresses underperformance early.
• Oversees bid-related emails, RFIs & addenda, and bid coding.
• Produces disciplined estimates with complete takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Reviews subcontractor bids for contract conformity and finalizes acceptable bids.
