Job summary

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company in Springdale is seeking a Project Estimator to join our team. The role involves managing estimating efforts for various preconstruction services across multiple market sectors, ensuring project profitability and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with customers, design teams, and our field team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Commercial Construction experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• At least two years of commercial construction preconstruction experience is required.
• Experience with project delivery methods including CMAR and Design-Bid-Build.
• Ability to work individually and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process and coordinate with customers and design teams.
• Prepare formal Trade Partner and Supplier bid scope packages.
• Review and interpret drawings and specifications.
