Job summary

Baldwin & Shell Construction Co Inc is looking for a Project Estimator to join our Northwest Arkansas Team. The ideal candidate will lead estimating efforts, manage bid processes, and support preconstruction services across multiple sectors. The role requires 2+ years of experience in commercial construction and proficiency in various estimating platforms.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of Commercial Construction Preconstruction experience or related project management experience.
• Experience with various project delivery methods.
• Ability to work individually and within a team on projects.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts and provide support for preconstruction services.
• Manage the bid process and coordinate with various teams.
• Create project estimates and revisions.
• Review trade partner proposals for accuracy.
