Job summary

Lumicity partners with a well-established Commercial General Contractor to hire a Senior Estimator in Tarpon Springs, FL, to support a strong pipeline. This is an immediate hire due to growth and upcoming project demand.

You will lead the full estimating process from takeoffs through bid submission, prepare detailed cost estimates, solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing, and manage multiple hard-bid commercial projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience in hard-bid environments.
• Strong background in takeoffs, subcontractor solicitation, and scope review.
• Experience delivering estimates on commercial projects valued between $500K–$10M.
• Candidates from Preconstruction, MEP, or strong subcontractor backgrounds will be considered.
