You will oversee electrical service projects from customer request through completion, coordinating technicians, customers, vendors, and materials to ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and profitability.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial electrical service and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate technicians, customers, vendors, materials, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical service projects from start to finish.
• Review service requests, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate electricians and service technicians.
• Develop project schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor costs, labor, materials, and profitability.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Identify additional work opportunities and prepare customer proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.
