Job summary

Latitude Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager for Maryland to lead multiple commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

The role focuses on budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver on time, within scope, and safely. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed
