The ideal candidate will manage multiple service projects, review specifications, and maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering timely updates and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial electrical service projects from request through completion.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and safety practices.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and field staff.
• Ability to develop schedules, manage resources, and track project profitability.
• Proven track record in preparing estimates, proposals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical service projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate electricians and service technicians and schedule work.
• Review requests, scopes of work, drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Develop and enforce project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and change orders; manage project documentation.
• Monitor costs, labor, materials, and profitability; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
• Review field reports, time sheets, and job notes for accuracy.
• Identify additional work opportunities and prepare customer proposals.
• Handle change orders with customer approvals before proceeding.
• Provide customers with regular progress updates; track milestones.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, shutdowns, and other logistics.
• Resolve technical, scheduling, and material issues with field staff.
