Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (GC level).
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site management of commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
