Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for commercial projects.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers on-site.
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
• Maintain accurate cost and production records.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Participate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partners.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and site conditions.
• Review and approve timesheets, subcontractor invoices, and material purchase orders.
