Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Boise team, overseeing ground-up commercial and tilt-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while leading cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to Uprite quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of GC PM experience and strong communication, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Industrial and tilt-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Project values range from approximately $10 million to $100 million or larger.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project financials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
• Partner closely with field Superintendents to ensure schedule and quality expectations are achieved.
• Monitor project costs, billing, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Uprite quality standards.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed.
