Artemis Solutions partners with a well-established commercial construction company in Lexington, KY to recruit an experienced Commercial Superintendent. This role offers ownership of projects, active field leadership, and a chance to mentor field personnel while coordinating with PMs, architects, engineers, owners, and subs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial construction experience, strong reading of blueprints, subcontractor coordination, and a proven track record in safety

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience leading field teams (superintendent/foreman)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and holding teams accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions
• Professional approach when working with clients and project partners

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Manage jobsite logistics, schedules, manpower, materials, and deliveries
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Maintain project schedules and keep projects moving forward
• Conduct subcontractor and jobsite meetings
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality standards
• Identify issues early and implement solutions
• Collaborate with Project Manager, architects, engineers, owners, and subs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
• Oversee punch lists, inspections, and closeout
• Participate in pre-construction planning and constructability reviews
