Artemis Solutions in Lexington, KY is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple states. You will guide projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines.

The role requires extensive travel, leadership of clients, subcontractors and internal teams, and the ability to manage several sites simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively to job sites across states.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects across various locations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate change orders when necessary.
