TEEL Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to join our Field team. You will supervise on-site construction activities, coordinate with project management, and lead safety initiatives to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of construction experience (3–5 years in supervision), OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. This role requires frequent field presence and coordination of trade partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and weekly planning meetings.
• Track 2-3 week look-ahead schedules; update lookahead in Procore.
• Review project budget weekly; manage costs and efficiency.
• Document progress with daily reports and site photos.
