TEEL Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to join our Field team. You will supervise on-site construction activities, coordinate with project management, and lead safety initiatives to ensure project success.
Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of construction experience (3–5 years in supervision), OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. This role requires frequent field presence and coordination of trade partners.

Jointly responsible with Project Management for the overall success of the project. Responsible for implementing and meeting the schedule, controlling costs and managing manpower and equipment on assigned projects. Responsible for timely communication with all managers and support staff from within the company. Provides continuous hands‑on coordination and field supervision of all construction operations, including subcontractors and other construction related personnel. Directs personnel in the planning, scheduling, and execution of work on time, within budget, and the highest standards of workmanship. Attains or exceeds profit goals and promotes workplace safety while meeting and exceeding the owner’s expectations. Promotes a positive company image. Is the leader on his/her assigned projects and is ultimately responsible for its operational success. Holds an OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of employment and leads the company’s safety initiatives onsite.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Thorough working knowledge of commercial building standards, specifications, codes, regulations and laws Knowledge of commercial construction techniques, 8–10 years’ experience in construction, 3–5 years in a supervisory position
Effective communication skills; both verbal or written Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Computer and other technology skills. Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Google Workplace helpful
Individuals work primarily in the field and can be subjected to outdoor weather conditions. As needed, weekend work is required and part of the job description.
