Job summary

Four Peaks Building Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site activities for commercial construction projects in Scottsdale, AZ. The role emphasizes coordinating with Project Managers and field personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of commercial construction experience, a BS degree or equivalent, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience in commercial construction.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have good documentation skills and be proactive in resolving issues quickly.
Intermediate computer skills with MS Office, MS Project and Procore (a plus).

Responsibilities

Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections align with the project schedule.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
Budget, forecast, and manage field personnel, labor, equipment, and materials.
Prepare work plans and temporary facilities for the project.
Review plans and manage documentation per project standards.
Develop and maintain master schedule and 3-week look ahead.
Generate RFIs and review submittals for compliance.
Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors and trades.
Manage subcontractors and field crews on-site while coordinating with owners and suppliers.
Oversee site work logistics and relationships with project team.
