• Coordinate multiple construction trades including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other specialty contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Manage inspections, permitting coordination, and quality control.
• Utilize Procore to track progress, documentation, and communication.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Identify and resolve trade coordination issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and project leadership.
• Oversee 1–3 commercial projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and timely completion.
