Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier commercial construction GC in Minnesota. You will lead ground-up and renovation projects, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of design-build/CM delivery methods. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and quality across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
