Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects in Sacramento, CA. You will plan, coordinate and oversee budgets, schedules and resource allocation, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

You will manage owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and mitigate risks while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. 5+ years of PM experience and Procore familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• At least 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering commercial projects of $5M–$10M+ is required.
• Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication with owners and teams.
• Procore experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop schedules, budgets and allocate resources for efficiency.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement processes including bid evaluations and contracts.
• Monitor budgets and change orders to meet constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with team and stakeholders.
