Job summary
Forge Placement Firm LLC seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of commercial projects in the Kansas City Metro market. You will coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
The role requires 3–5+ years in commercial construction, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
Qualifications
- Oversee project planning and execution for commercial builds.
- Experience with budget management and cost control systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders, architects, subs, and field teams.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from pre-construction through closeout.
- Track spending, manage change orders, and optimize profitability.
- Establish and update schedules to hit critical deadlines.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and subcontractors.
