Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Kansas City area to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage structural concrete and steel erection scopes, budgets, schedules, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong experience with structural concrete and steel erection.
• Solid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout.

Duties Include:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
