Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a major commercial/public construction firm in Missouri. You will lead all phases from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure a high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of PM experience in commercial/public construction, strong knowledge of budgeting and project controls, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of project management experience in commercial or public construction.
• Experience across education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate sectors.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project controls knowledge.
• Familiarity with Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall performance.
• Act as primary client contact to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, and field staff for seamless execution.
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track.
