Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules for commercial projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints and coordination with trades.

Responsibilities

• Review project budgets, estimates, and scope of work.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule; report progress regularly.
• Lead owner and subcontractor meetings and prepare minutes.
• Coordinate permits, registrations, and change orders.
• Support field team with layout, materials, and scope questions.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance.
• Assist with monthly billing and job cost reporting.
• Promote safety and ensure subcontractor compliance.
