HL Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Florida. You will start project startup, manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and safety compliance.

This role reports to the Project Executive and demands strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a commercial construction Project Manager
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Direct field personnel to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project procurements.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safe job site practices.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Project Executive.
