Responsibilities include managing projects from preconstruction to closeout, controlling budgets and schedules, coordinating with owners and design teams, and driving quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects including ground-up builds, renovations, or occupied facilities.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients, design teams, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee budgets, subcontractor buyout, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Collaborate with field leadership to support safety, quality, and logistics.
• Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists and turnover documentation.
