Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and required documentation.
• Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP package and conduct project meetings.
• Establish RFIs, submittals, and pay applications; negotiate changes.
• Perform project scheduling and quality control; manage closeout.
