Job summary

FirstBank PR is seeking a Credit Administration Analyst to support the Lending & Credit Administration Department in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on ensuring insurance policies and covenants are current, compliant, and properly documented, with centralized support across portfolios to reduce risks.

Responsibilities include maintaining insurance policy data, preparing management reports, and driving process improvements within the FB Commercial Hub platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance policies, renewal schedules, endorsement expirations, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports, statistics, tables, and presentations as required by management.
• Contribute to process optimization by identifying opportunities to streamline monitoring and resolution processes.
