The ideal candidate has ASE certifications, I-CAR advanced training, 5–7 years of management experience, and a proven track record in collision estimating and shop management software.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with collision estimating and shop management system.
• Servant Leader: leads by example, supports team development, and holds results.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively.
• ASE certifications and I-CAR certificate of advanced training.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Directs and schedules the work of all body shop employees.
• Maintains good relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to drive referrals.
• Implements marketing plans to increase body shop business.
• Ensures parts availability and monitors repair quality and safety procedures.
