Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks to other employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain cash handling, store safety and security per policies; support scheduling and shift coverage.
• Coach and train teammates, coordinating tasks of two or more employees while ensuring store operations run smoothly.
