Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes, with customization as needed.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cash handling, store safety and security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise team to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Coordinate tasks of two or more employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold store policies and standards, including safety and security measures.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers and resolve issues.
