Job summary

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes or customer requests
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth service
