Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customize per customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products and ensure cash handling and store safety.
• Direct and coach team members to meet store policies and standards.
• Model strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for a positive guest experience.
