The role reports to the District Manager and involves coaching, training, and administrative duties beyond scheduling. The position requires strong leadership, excellent customer interactions, and the ability to manage inventory, labor costs, and health requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading a cafe or fast-paced team.
• Ability to coach, train, and schedule staff while controlling labor costs.

• Proficient with basic office tasks and store reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth, profitable operations, and uphold company culture.

• Create weekly shift schedules; manage inventory and costs.

• Foster team bonding and leadership development with Shift Leads and staff.
