Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team or subordinates is implied by the supervisor level.
• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce short-term rental ordinances in the region.
• Provide first-line supervisory responsibilities including planning, organizing, directing, assigning, and evaluating subordinate work.
• Manage or oversee complex code enforcement cases.
• Ensure compliance with county policies and regulations.
