You will monitor process data, apply SPC concepts, lead shift activities, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to resolve issues while maintaining equipment and inventories for efficient production of photovoltaic modules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred technical certificate or associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains housekeeping.
• Safely operates and maintains tools/equipment to meet quality and productivity.
• Provides on-the-job training and coordinates with others to train team members.
• Leads the team on job assignments and supports issue resolution.
• Performs maintenance on equipment with hand tools and instrumentation.
• Operates forklift/crane with proper training and certification when required.
• Monitors process data and SPC to maintain process control.
• Communicates effectively with team and leadership during shift changes.
• Ensures inventory levels of materials for the next shift.
