Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Coach to build a coaching culture across on-site campuses in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Oklahoma City. You will develop Guides, run life skills workshops for K-8 students, and coach them toward excellence using data-driven insights.

The role requires 5+ years in education or youth leadership, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and a commitment to high standards. Relocation assistance and day-one health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related area.
Experience managing an ongoing team of five or more adults, with authority to select and terminate.
US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
Facilitate life skills workshops addressing communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using playbooks.
Analyze student and Guide performance data to surface coaching opportunities and drive weekly improvements.
Conduct motivation sessions to help students set ambitious goals and achieve them.
Oversee your own student cohort and demonstrate coaching quality and accountability.
