Skilz for Kids in Nashville is seeking a KidStrong Lead Coach to work closely with the General Manager. This role requires fostering a culture of learning, overseeing center operations, and delivering exceptional service to families.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for coaching children, be CPR certified, and have experience in managing teams. Join us in creating a positive impact for kids aged 15 months to 11 years!

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Previous experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center's key KPIs to make informed business decisions.
• Bring exceptional customer service to KidStrong families.
• Coach students with a focus on Brain, Physical, and Character development.

Skills

Coaching kids aged 15 months - 11 years

CPR certification

Intermediate knowledge of physiology

Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
