Accurate Personnel in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Lead CNC Setup Machinist to set up, program, and run complex precision components. You will work with 3-, 4-, 5-axis mills and lathes, develop fixtures, tooling strategies, and CAM programs to turn raw material into finished parts.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on CNC expertise with strong GD&T knowledge, blueprint reading, and the ability to mentor other machinists while meeting delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC setup and operation experience
• Fixture and tooling design experience
• Proficient in CAM programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360)
• Experience in precision machining environments
• Ability to lead improvements and mentor machinists

Responsabilités

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Develop fixtures, workholding, and tooling strategies
• Create CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360)
