• Perform complete setups on CNC mills and lathes, including tooling, fixturing, workholding, and offset adjustments.
• Load, prove out, and run Mastercam-generated CNC programs.
• Conduct first-article inspections and adjust to meet specs.
• Monitor production, tool wear, and process performance; implement corrections.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, etc.
• Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, fixturing, materials, or machine performance.
• Collaborate with programmers/engineers to improve setup efficiency and cycle times.
